The
hauntingly beautiful
Skeleton Coast of Namibia
ONE
OF THE MOST UNIQUE ECOTOURISM EXPERIENCES |

|
GENERAL OVERVIEW
Often
"beauty" is associated with "mild", "gentle" or
"soft". Now experience the beauty created
in the most inhospitable and desolate, rugged landscapes - probably the most formidable
coast-
line of the world - The Skeleton Coast of Namibia.
Situated in an area, well-protected against intruders from both land and sea,
& only accessible
by air! Experience true nature at work, where life as we know it is a continuous
struggle for
survival. Centuries old adaptations can be witnessed in both plant- and animal
life. For all its -
apparent - sterility, this is one of
the
most sensitive eco-systems
known.
This is an opportunity, totally unique in the world, offering a desert
expedition into this wild -
and
seemingly lifeless - desolation, while comfortably ensconced in permanent, luxury
en-suite
tents and being served genuine Namibian cuisine of the highest standard. Experience
the un-
believable variety of wildlife, plants and other life forms, while travelling through some
of the
most awe-inspiring landscapes on Earth, in specially adapted all-wheel drive vehicles.
Departures from Windhoek are on a twice weekly basis, every Saturday, returning
again on
the Wednesday, departures on Wednesdays returning again on the Saturday. For
safety, and
lack of space, luggage is restricted to one bag per Guest (soft sports kit bag),
not exceeding
25lbs or 12kg - cameras and hand luggage included!
THIS IS
NOT SIMPLY A HOLIDAY/VACATION, BUT A ONCE IN A LIFETIME EXPERIENCE!
