Who has NOT
heard of any of the above? Or names such as Etosha National Park; Waterberg Do these names sound strange, distant and unreachable? NOT entirely SO! Granted, distances between some of these are great, and many local inhabitants will probably never see them all in their lifetime. All visitors to Namibia also don't have the same number of days available - on one visit - to experience the entire country. Most would love to visit at least some of these. DO NOT DESPAIR - SIT UP AND TAKE NOTE! |
We, at Southern Skies -
Personal Safari Hosts, have compiled a total of
NINE
sample itineraries
to include
these seven wonders of Namibia - plus all the other highlights - in a collection
of time
frames and
areas for your convenience and personal choice.
This is a non-
camping, accommodated safari collection. All we did was, include
all the wonders
and places of interest, and exclude most of the price-inflated lodges, bush camps
and hotels in
favour of more
reasonably priced, clean and comfortable, owner-run - where possible - accom-
modation
establishments. However, we remain personal safari hosts, and therefore we
are more
flexible and
guarantee that ANY of these itineraries could be customized to our guests'
personal
interests and preferences. The only requirement being, a booking of no less than two guests, and
no more than six guests
per vehicle and host. (More will require a second host and vehicle).
Basically a mix-&-match,
self help collection. Instead of reading through each of nine itineraries
to find out what's on offer, we give you a summarized "check list" to
run through first. See which
itinerary and price range - or two - suits you best, then move on to the
detailed safari. A

map of Namibia is included to give an indication of locations. Country
data is also included.
