• The rates of the rooms include breakfast, 15% VAT and 2% Tourism Levy
• Check-in time is between 14h00 and NOT LATER THAN 18h00. (late arrivals must be arranged prior with management)
• Rooms must be vacated by 10h00 on the day of departure.
• You can guarantee your booking by supplying approved credit card details upon confirming your reservation and arranging for late arrival.
• We reserve the right to charge cancellation fees.

Cancellation fees: (as recommended by HAN)

• 15-30 days prior arrival = 25%
• 8-14 days prior arrival = 50%
• 0-7 days prior arrival = 100%
• NO SHOWS will be charged in full and deducted from the supplied credit card details
